Returns & Refunds

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days after delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • To request a return, please contact us at info@velmottime.com and include your order number.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by our mistake (incorrect or defective item).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Perishable goods
  • Digital downloads, software, or gift cards
  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-refundable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
